Job Description: Job Purpose:
The creative designer Specialist is responsible for developing consistent, audience-appropriate marketing assets, communications, and creative content. Moreover, will take part in developing creative concepts, and layouts for print and digital marketing and awareness campaigns. Support clients communicate their business objectives through an appealing image that also helps communicate be’ah’s corporate messaging and enhance its brand position in the community. Work on developing written, audial and visual communication and support the team on brand activations and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the business requirements and work closely with theTeam Lead for the development of design principles and idea generation.
Ensure delivery ofbrand messaging in line with brand identity, values and strategy and brandconsistency by checking the targets audience is being exposed to core messages,visual branding, and other branding elements.
Support be’ah creative and fulfill its requirements.
Oversee the creative process by giving guidance to thedesigners in generating ideas to present the final product.
Support in the end-to-end onboarding and engagement processfor the creative design agents on short-term contracts to build and maintain thein-house capability for creative design production Support in commissioningspecialists, such as artists and photographers, to work on projects and supportthe team lead in managing the creative center projects traffic to ensure timelydelivery.
Maintain the necessary resources and equipment to ensurecreative design production function is managed efficiently to support businessactivities
Take part in developing and conceptualizing visuals andcontent creation based on requirements.
Understand the design-related needs of internal stakeholdersand develop design concepts and options for a visual representation ofinformation based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
Support the implementation of workshops, events, etc. including development, production and delivery projects from proposal right upto delivery.
Maintain a log of all designs and develop an efficient systemof archiving and tracking design changes
Work with the creative design agents to support them in the completionof assigned tasks and in skill development and enhancement
Liaise with the Procurement team to select external vendors asrequired in order to meet additional requirements of the creative design teamand to ensure that the work delivered is aligned to the branding guidelines
Adhere to all relevant quality, health, safety andenvironmental procedures, instructions, controls, and role-specific QHSE KPI inorder to guarantee the safety of employees, quality of products/ services, andenvironmental compliance
